The Middle East is a region where cars and truck is king and fuel is inexpensive, often leaving little reward to find more environmentally-friendly methods of around.

But this year, as protests throughout the Middle East have risen the cost of oil, the concern of finding alternative sources of fuel has actually entered sharp focus.

In a region that has one of the greatest carbon footprints in the world, one service is taking benefit of the growing pressure to discover options to oil. It's established the Middle East's first plan to recycle cooking oil into biodiesel. It's proving lucrative too, already their client-list contains McDonald's.
